Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

At The Aesthetic Room, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and care to every client. To maintain the high-quality standards you expect, we have implemented a booking, cancellation, and no-show policy that respects both your time and that of our practitioners.

1. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to someone else.

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge via the confirmation email you received at the time of booking, as long as it is done more than 24 hours before your scheduled time.
2. No-Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment or arrive more than 10 minutes late, it will be recorded as a no-show. Due to tight scheduling, late arrivals may not be treated, as this impacts subsequent appointments. This decision is at the discretion of your practitioner.

3. Repeat No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations

Clients who repeatedly cancel at the last minute or fail to attend appointments may have their ability to book online restricted.

  • For these clients, all future appointments will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit this deposit without exception.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, this policy ensures that our practitioners can continue providing high-quality care while earning a fair living.

If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please contact The Aesthetic Room’s management team. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Complaints Policy

At The Aesthetic Room, we are committed to ensuring every client has a positive experience. Should you have any concerns or feedback about your treatment, we encourage you to raise them directly with your practitioner.

1. Practitioner Responsibility

All practitioners at The Aesthetic Room are self-employed professionals. While we provide a safe and professional clinical environment for their services, each practitioner is responsible for the treatments they provide.

If you have a complaint regarding your treatment:

  • Please contact your practitioner directly to discuss your concerns.
  • Your practitioner will address your complaint following their own complaints procedure.
2. Complaints About The Aesthetic Room Facilities

If your complaint relates to the clinic environment, facilities, or staff at The Aesthetic Room, please contact our management team. We take all feedback seriously and will work to resolve your concerns promptly.

Thank you for helping us maintain a supportive and welcoming environment for all our clients.
